Our steel Roof Trusses are manufactured in our Central Coast facility using quality Australian TRUECORE® steel. We deliver throughout the Central Coast, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens regions.
Steel Roof Trusses offer many benefits to builders and clients alike. They are lightweight – making handling and maneuverability onsite easier – but rigid, allowing greater spans with less material. Your roof space has additional fire protection with Steel Roof Trusses as the combustible material within the roof cavity is greatly reduced.
Steel Roof Trusses can be manufactured to suit a multitude of roof materials giving you greater scope for the design of your building. Steel Roof Trusses are a recyclable material and therefore offer environmental as well as cost benefits.
We can also supply you with steel wall frames and steel flooring systems!
By pre-manufacturing your Steel Roof Trusses in our Central Coast factory, the build time onsite is greatly reduced. Australian Steel Framing only use TRUECORE® quality steel which also carry the benefit of a 50 year warranty (to approved purchasers).

Our Process
DESIGN
Your detailed architects or engineers’ plans are submitted to us for a detailed framing design and quote using our ProCAD software.
APPROVAL
Our truss design is presented to you for review, at this point we make any edits if required. If approved we take a 30% deposit and the job is put in to production.
PRODUCTION
Our steel trusses are manufactured on one of the most advanced roll forming machines available using TRUECORE® steel. The time from design agreement to production completion is usually 1 to 2 weeks.
DELIVERY
70%, the balance is required to be paid prior to delivery, we will then deliver and unload your steel truss and framing to your site ready for erection. We supply our steel trusses all across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens regions.
